I placed an order months ago, and the products arrived. I have been shipping them out to customers, but I’ve had to issue refunds due to poor quality from the supplier, Nantong Yuanyang Leisure Products Co., Ltd., via Alibaba. I have received several complaints from customers about the following issues: the products bend easily, welds break quickly, and the paint scratches off easily. As a result, the wire crates are forming rust even when used indoors. Additionally, the wire crates do not close properly, and the door latches either get stuck or do not align correctly. Unfortunately, I have lost over $20,000 because I am having to refund most of my customers.
